SALES AND ORDERING

To purchase Collar Products, a new partner will need to establish an account with us.
This is a by invitation only program with tailor-made terms and conditions.
Please fill in the contact form on our website and one of our sales team members will contact to to discuss the details.
Approved partners will have a dedicated sales manager.
All orders from partners are accepted only through the partner portal on our website. 


RETURNS

We permit product returns and/or exchanges if the incorrect product has been delivered or the product has quality issues covered under our product warranty.
All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by completing the form on the partner portal.
All products that are subject for return or exchange must be confirmed and accepted by Collar’s authorized managers before they could be shipped back.
Several products or product categories may be excluded from this return policy.
