It allows owners to create an online passport and register their pets in the international database.The collar length is selected according to the pet's neck circumference, which is measured with a tape measure. To ensure that the collar does not rub or pinch your pet's neck, add 2 cm (for medium and small breeds) to 5 cm (for large breeds).
